Nathan Field began searching for his first home in 2019, but he could never have predicted that he would buy his first property just a 90 second walk away from his parents’ house.
First time buyer Nathan took his time with his property search, before finally finding himself the perfect fit when he purchased a three-bedroom mid-terrace house on Holmwood Avenue in Plymstock. He explained, “The pandemic delayed my homebuying plans but I kept an eye on the market and knew I had to be financially strategic during uncertain times.”
