Kevin Buckley, a business owner from Birmingham, was helping his daughter search for the perfect rental in Plymstock to settle with her family. However, they quickly found that the rental market left a lot to be desired so Kevin decided he would support his daughter and granddaughter by purchasing an investment property on Holmwood Avenue.
When Kevin began the hunt for a rental property, he assumed it would be an easy and swift process. “We started the search very optimistically, but this quickly turned into a bigger job than expected. We struggled to find anywhere to rent at a decent price, there were options, but none were appropriate for my daughter to raise her child in.”

I’ve lived in Plymstock for over 40 years, and it’s where my daughter was raised. I was grateful to find a home fit for a family and it was a huge bonus to be only 5 minutes away from my own home too!”
