We’re thrilled to confirm the submission of a reserved matters application for nine new homes in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

The homes will be constructed on a site previously identified for development potential, where Annington carried out light refurbishment of 57 properties and released them to the open market for sale during 2022/23.

The scheme includes:

• Green spaces & amenity areas for resident enjoyment

Twickenham, London: PLANNING SUBMITTED

Planning secured through airspace development for additional two stories, increasing the number of units from 24 to 40 and providing much needed rental properties to the area.

The design phase is currently in progress, with plans to begin construction on-site in early 2026.
