STAMP DUTY CUT OPENS THE DOOR FOR LAST CHANCE SAVINGS IN PLYMSTOCK

Savvy buyers in Plymouth hoping to make big savings on stamp duty need look no further than the final release of homes from Annington on Holmwood Avenue in Plymstock. Prices for the final three-bedroom homes in this release start from £215,000 for a mid-terrace home, and will see buyers pay no stamp duty (on properties valued up to £250,000) thanks to a recent announcement by chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng.

The former MOD properties, which have been lightly refurbished throughout by Annington ahead of sale on the open market, have proven popular with local buyers and first time homeowners since their launch in June. The final phase of homes is expected to see similar demand upon their release in October.
