LOCAL SCHOOLS HAVE A ‘HOPPY’ EASTER WITH ANNINGTON

Annington hosted an egg-citing Easter scavenger hunt at The Weald in Mindenhurst, Surrey, last week, to celebrate the launch of its second phase of transformed homes.

Working with Bridges Estate Agents, children from Portesbery School and Evergrove Nursery were invited to join in with the Easter-themed fun, by searching for clues hidden around the green space on the development.

Nathan Aspinall, Head Teacher at nearby Portesbery School, which provides a supportive environment for children from 3 to 19 with a range of learning needs, said: “The children had a wonderful time tracking down the clues and earning some Easter treats. It was a great opportunity to explore the next phase of the development, which is just a few minutes walk from the school.

“Annington has been a fantastic neighbour, and we are very grateful to them for organising fun and educational experiences like this for our pupils.”

Debbie Eaton, Chair of Evergrove Nursery said: “Wherever possible, we enjoy taking the children out into nature and to explore the outdoor space around our nursery. They loved getting involved and searching for the colourful clues to win some Easter treats, and we look forward to working with Annington in future on other experiences for our children.”

Stacy Whitehead, Marketing Manager at Annington, added: “We are proud to develop such strong relationships with locals around our homes, and it was fantastic to see how much the children enjoyed this activity. As we continue to transform homes at The Weald into high-quality rental properties, we’re looking forward to working alongside the thriving Mindenhurst community on future projects.”

Annington will be launching the next phase of three- and four-bedroom homes available to rent at Alma Gardens on 11th April. Prices start from £1,800 per month for a three-bedroom home, contact Bridges to find out more and book a viewing.
