Annington has continued its support for community-led charity, ROSE (Regeneration of Scampton Estate), with a donation towards its Christmas celebrations. Their latest contribution has helped to fund festive gifts and selection boxes for children visiting this year’s Santa’s Grotto, held at Barnes Wallis Community Centre in Scampton, Lincolnshire.
ROSE was founded by local residents in 2009, with the goal of encouraging community spirit in the area. The Santa’s Grotto event is now in its third year and welcomed 150 attendees for an afternoon of Christmas magic, providing a hub for residents to come together and spread the festive cheer across Scampton.
Less than half a mile away, Annington is refurbishing a collection of three-, four- and seven-bedroom homes to rent or buy, which have proved popular with both first time buyers and families in the area.

This particular donation ensured that every child received a gift during their visit with Santa, helping us continue our tradition which means so much to families in the area.
