ANNINGTON SPREADS CHRISTMAS CHEER AT LOCAL SCHOOL

This Christmas season, Annington, the company responsible for refurbishing former Ministry of Defence properties, has donated £250 worth of presents to Biggin Hill Primary School.

The donation means that each pupil at the school, located near to Annington’s collection of homes on Mouchette Close and Keith Park Cresent, will receive a gift this Christmas.

Annington’s donation will also contribute towards prizes for the classic party game ‘Pass the Parcel’ at the school’s Christmas party.

Stacy Whitehead, Marketing Manager at Annington commented: “At Annington, it is always our priority to support and be an active part of the local community. This is especially important at Christmas and we’re proud to have shared some festive magic with the pupils at Biggin Hill Primary School.”

Hannah Freeman, Headteacher at Biggin Hill Primary School added: “After all their hard work throughout the year it is fantastic to be able to reward our pupils with an extra present this Christmas. We would like to thank Annington for their support in helping us to provide a wonderful Christmas party for our students.”

Semi-detached and detached four-bedroom homes are currently available in Biggin Hill after being given a new lease of life with internal refurbishments and new flooring and front doors. Electric vehicle charging points have also been installed at each property.

Located nearby to the Recreation Ground and Saltbox Hill, the location of Annington’s homes offer a choice of outdoor space and activities to keep children entertained.

The lightly refurbished homes also provide residents with a range of local shops including an independent butcher and greengrocer as well as a supermarket and selection of local pubs and restaurants.
