• In accordance with our long-term business plan, after the sale of the Married Quarters Estate for £6bn in January 2025, we are exploring investment opportunities which allow us to expand our portfolio of residential real estate assets to generate long-term, attractive returns for our shareholders, while supporting the very real need for high quality affordable housing across the UK.
• Our ambitions rest on strong foundations, as is outlined in our financial highlights below.
• Few companies have the experience and skillset of PRS at scale that Annington has, so we are well-placed to take advantage of the opportunities of the current market.
• We have long-term, low-cost debt in place and intend to hold it to maturity, and as such the company is perfectly positioned to evaluate and act on opportunities at pace.
• We invest in high quality homes for families and the majority of our existing portfolio are two and three bedroom terraced or semi-detached properties, often near or close to current or former military sites.
  

  
  FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS

• Following the sale of our MQE portfolio, Annington is in an attractive position, with over £1.4bn in cash on the balance sheet to invest, existing PRS assets of c.£400m, and clear investment plans for the refurbishment of our portfolio.
• Since the sale of our MQE portfolio in January 2025, we have invested £50m in refurbishment as part of a planned over £100m investment programme.
