Family finds new home in High Wycombe
Emma Butcher has relocated with her partner Will Lowe and her son to Walters Ash, High Wycombe, a development by Annington. Emma made the move from the neighbouring village of Downley after hearing about the properties via local estate agent JNP.
Discussing her new home, Emma says: “The main reason for buying here was the location and its presentation. We really like that our property had a new kitchen and new carpets, plus a parking space on the drive and the street itself. I work in Gatwick and travel via car so it’s in a great spot for me to travel to and from work.”
As well as having excellent transport links with the M40, M4 and M25 nearby, the properties are set less than five miles from the market town of High Wycombe. The village of Walters Ash sits within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which covers 324 square miles of idyllic English countryside, and London can be reached easily via train, with Saunderton rail station offering direct serves to London Marylebone in 45 minutes.
Each property includes allocated parking and the generous size and space of the homes allows for plenty of scope and opportunity for further enhancement. Emma continues: “There’s a good bus route through the village, with a range of shops and the countryside on our doorstep. Annington were efficient throughout the buying process and we are now looking forward to settling down for at least the next ten years.”
Prices for a two bedroom mid terraced home currently start at £260,000 and a selection of three bedroom homes are also available, with prices starting from £320,000.
An additional range of two bedroom homes are set for release in January and February. For more information and to arrange a viewing, call JNP High Wycombe on 01494 528 000.
