Richard, who works as a Quantity Surveyor, commented: “We previously lived in Stanmore in a three bedroom property but we wanted something further afield and more spacious. When we discovered our new home, we were over the moon with the spacious interiors and affordable price and we knew we had found a home we wanted to live in for at least the next 20 years.

Offering a welcoming community atmosphere, surrounded by green countryside but within 15 miles of London, Bushey is extremely popular with families wanting a home outside of the city. Richard added: “Bushey is a lovely area and a real hidden gem, we weren’t familiar with the area before but we love it."

“If the opportunity arises we would be really keen to invest in more properties in the future on the same development for our children, as we really feel that this is an ideal place to be and will offer a good return in the years to come.”

Richard says: “It is so nice to be a little further out of town, my commute to work in Stanmore only takes about 10 minutes longer than it used to and it is so worth it. There is a real community atmosphere here with good schools and other families nearby. After a long search, we are so pleased to have found our perfect home”
