DOWNSIZERS FIND NEW HOME ON THEIR DOORSTEP
For Peter and Lynda Janssons, downsizing has led to an improved quality of life. Leaving a three bedroom property, the couple have recently moved into a spacious two bedroom apartment at Annington’s Beaufort Green development, where they are now enjoying a larger kitchen and dining room than they had before.
Lynda comments; "I love to cook and entertain people and our new flat lends itself perfectly to that. The kitchen is lovely, I couldn't have chosen it better myself. The whole place is so light and airy and I can't wait to have our friends over.”
After a long and disappointing search for a new property, they were alerted to Beaufort Green in Uxbridge via friends, and were delighted when they heard that Annington were launching a new phase of properties there.
The couple moved into their ground floor apartment three weeks ago, and Lynda comments: “We had been searching for a long time before we found this apartment and have seen many other similar developments in the area. We have both lived in the area our whole lives so we didn’t want to move far from our old house, which is just up the road.”
Peter added: “The specification of the apartments is excellent, and there is nothing fundamental that we want to change. Annington has used neutral decorations which has allowed us to put our own stamp on the property.”
