Commuters find family home in Walters Ash
Cheryl Anderson and her husband Lee have moved into one of Annington’s refurbished homes in Walters Ash, with their three year old son.
Discussing the new family home, Cheryl says: “The homes are in a great location, they’re spacious with good sized rooms and gardens, and they were available at a really good price.” Cheryl now has an easy commute into High Wycombe for work, with Lee also using a car to commute to Maidenhead.
Walters Ash, just four miles from High Wycombe, is located close to the idyllic Chiltern Countryside, with a number of National Trust properties nearby including Hughenden Manor and West Wycombe Park, which appeal to the family.
Discussing the area, Cheryl comments: “The size of the property was a big draw, but the location was also perfect for us. We like visiting National Trust properties, as well as walking and dining out, so we are well placed for all of these.”
The area offers excellent transport connections, with the M40, serving the M4 and M25, nearby and a direct rail service to London taking less than thirty minutes. The homes are situated in a peaceful setting with enclosed rear gardens, some backing onto open green fields, and the tranquil nature of the development was another appealing factor, as Cheryl explains:
“We like that it’s a quiet country location, but it’s still well placed for commuting. Annington has really improved the immediate area, it looks clean and tidy, and we’re hoping to be here for many years to come.”
Annington currently has a range of two bedroom homes available, priced from £270,000. For more information and to arrange a viewing, call JNP High Wycombe on 01494 528 000.
