Solicitors and licensed conveyancers are properly qualified to deal with the legal process of buying a home.  You will need to appoint one to ensure that your interests are properly represented.  Annington has arranged for a company of conveyancers called Enact to work on your behalf.  These conveyancers will have spent considerable time satisfying themselves on every detail affecting the sale and will have prepared documentation in advance.  This saves both you and Annington time and money.  You are, of course, free to appoint your own conveyancer, and on some sites by using them you also save money. 

There are 1,000‘s of mortgage products to choose from and it is important that you obtain independent advice.  In an effort to assist you, Annington has arranged for an independent mortgage adviser called Independent Mortgage Helpline, to act exclusively on your behalf. You do not have to use this service but it is free and on some sites if you appoint them to arrange your mortgage you will also save money.
