Saving for a deposit, or paying for legal and survey fees, can be a challenge.  Annington‘s homebuyer incentives are designed to help you through the buying process.

Annington will pay the stamp duty on the purchase price of the property.

Annington gives you peace of mind in the knowledge that any electrical and gas systems within the home has been professionally checked.  The water system will also have been tested.

If you have any problems within the first 28 days from legal completion with the gas, electrical or water systems, Annington will ensure a contractor visits your home to rectify the fault.  The Seal of Approval expires after the 28 day period.
