Malvern Hills

The Malvern Hills are part of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and dominate the surrounding countryside, towns and villages of the district of Malvern as well as sprawl across parts of the the neigbouring English counties of Herefordshire and Gloucestershire.
The highest summit of the hills, at Worcestershire Beacon, offers a panorama of the Severn valley with the hills of Herefordshire and the Welsh mountains, parts of thirteen counties, the Bristol Channel, and the cathedrals of Worcester, Gloucester and Hereford.

The hills are famous for their natural mineral springs and wells and are the most popular free tourist attraction in the West Midlands.

 

Transport

Malvern has good links to Birmingham and the surrounding areas, as well as direct trains to London.
